Grilled Salmon and Asparagus
INGREDIENTS:
4 Salmon Filets
1 lb. asparagus
2 1/2 Tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 Lemon, sliced
rosemary, salt and pepper
FOIL OVEN:
1- lay asparagus, drizzle oil, season salt and pepper
2- lay salmon, drizzle oil, drizzle lemon, season salt, pepper, rosemary
3- fold foil nice and tight, and cook 25-30 minutes on campfire or omit foil and cook straight on grill.
